Hit-and-run crash reported

Oswego police took a report of a hit-and-run crash Oct. 9 that occurred at an unknown time on Douglas Road at Barnaby Drive. Police said there were no injuries as a result of the crash and damage to the victim’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000.

Theft reported from bank accounts

An Oswego resident told village police Oct. 9 that their bank accounts were compromised recently and $1,900 was stolen.

Resisting, obstructing among charges

Oswego police arrested Talyn A. Chandler, 19, of the 22000 block of Taylor Road, Plainfield, at 9:53 p.m. Oct. 9 in the 1700 block of Route 30 on charges of resisting/obstructing a peace officer and possession of adult use cannabis in a motor vehicle.

Arrest on license charge

Oswego police arrested Craig Market, 52, of the 4900 block of West Iowa Street, Chicago, after stopping his vehicle at 4:14 a.m. Oct. 10 in the 50th block of Chicago Road. Police said Market was charged with driving while license revoked. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
