Expired license

Plano police issued a notice to appear in court to Jake Martens, 31, of the 4000 block of Eldamain Road, Plano, for driving while license expired after conducting a traffic stop at 9:28 p.m. Sept. 14 in the area of Route 34 and Lakewood Springs Drive. Martens also was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

DUI arrest

Plano police arrested Taylor S. O’Neill, 23, of the 100 block of Willoughby Court, Yorkville, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended, possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle, following too close and disobeying a traffic control device after conducting a traffic stop at 11:22 p.m. Sept. 20 in the area of Center and South streets. O’Neill also was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear, one from DeKalb County on a charge of DUI, and the other from Kendall County on a charge of driving while license suspended. O’Neill was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville.

Driving while license revoked

Plano police arrested Nicole Townsend, 34, of the 400 block of Gregory Lane, Aurora, for driving while license revoked after conducting a traffic stop at 7:07 p.m., Sept. 20, in the area of Waubonsee Drive and Hoffman Street. Townsend was released at the scene with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
