Speeding

Yorkville police cited Faruq Solebo, 27, of the 1100 block of Williamsburg Road, Country Club Hills, on a charge of speeding 26 mph over the speed limit after conducting a traffic stop at 8:43 a.m. Feb. 25 in the area of Route 34 and Autumn Creek Boulevard. Solebo was released at the scene and was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Speeding

Yorkville police ticketed Jose Gallegos, 21, of the 1000 block of Galena Boulevard, Aurora, on charges of speeding, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle after conducting a traffic stop at 3:34 p.m. Feb. 24 in the 100 block of Beaver Street. Gallegos was released with a personal recognizance bond and was given a date to appear in Kendall County Court.

Credit card fraud

Yorkville police are investigating a report of credit card fraud made at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 100 block of Willoughby Court.

Speeding

Yorkville police ticketed Clifford R. Pike III, 27, of the 300 block of Beckwith Street, Aurora, on charges of speeding and driving without a valid license after conducting a traffic stop at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 27 in the area of Route 34 and Autumn Creek Boulevard. Pike was released on his own recognizance.
