Domestic battery among charges

Montgomery police arrested Christopher Szarek, 31, of the 200 block of Kate Drive, Montgomery, on a charges of misdemeanor domestic battery, disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer at 8:38 p.m. Feb. 4 at his residence. Police said the suspect was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville pending court proceedings.
