Montgomery police arrested Roy Miller, Jr., 36, of the 100 block of Bertram Drive, Yorkville, at 11:29 p.m. June 8 in the 2500 block of Shauna Drive on the village’s far west side.
In a press statement, police said Miller faces six felony charges of aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery to a police officer and aggravated assault.
Police said Miller allegedly made physical contact multiple times with another individual and was taken into custody. Once in custody, police said Miller allegedly kicked an officer in the leg and later assaulted the same officer.
Miller was transported to the Kendall County Jail in Yorkville. Kendall County Sheriff’s Office records indicate the suspect’s bond has been set at $50,000.
