Geneva police reports for: Feb. 1-19

• Michael D. Schipitsch, 40, of the 100 block of Ann Street, Clarendon Hills, was charged Feb. 19 with driving under the influence and improper lane use.

• Ismael Perez, 21, of the 500 block of West Brown Street, West Chicago, was charged Feb. 10 with unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver and improper display of license plates. In the same incident, Kevin Velasquez, 21, of the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue, West Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana by a passenger.

• Cassidy J. Fauser, 27, of the 200 block of South Fourth Street, Geneva, was charged Feb. 9 with unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver, improper lane use and using a cell phone while driving.

• Kathryn A. Baginski-Jackson, 53, of the 800 block of South Second Street, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 2 with driving under the influence and driving too fast for conditions. Police were called to an accident report about 8:20 p.m. Police found Baginski-Jackson’s 2014 silver Chevrolet Equinox, which was traveling east in the 1700 block of West State Street, had gone off the road to the south side of the street and through a front yard, the report stated.

• Robin K. Davis Jr., 39, of Newark, Ohio, was charged Feb. 1 with felony aggravated battery of a hospital security officer. The incident occurred on Jan. 23 at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, 300 S. Randall Road while nursing staff struggled to restrain David in order to provide him with medical care, according to the report. Davis is being held at the Kane County jail on $11,000 bond. His next court date is March 4, records show.
