St. Charles

Possession of a stolen vehicle

Kavell Montrell Buchanan, 20, of the 1300 block of Kinsbury Drive, Hanover Park, was charged at 12:36 a.m. June 3 with unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle.

Violating an order of protection

Melvin Jamar Bunn, 32, of the 800 block of Pheasant Trail, St. Charles, was charged at 4 p.m. June 2 with violating an order of protection and stalking.

DUI

• David Joseph Danielski, 47, of the 3000 block of Harrison Drive, St. Charles, was charged at 11:32 p.m. May 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

• Erik Jovannye Mancilla-Sanchez, 27, of the 200 block of Fisk Avenue, DeKalb, was charged at 2:09 a.m. May 29 with driving under the influence of alcohol, use of unsafe tires, driving without a lighted lamp on a motorcycle and improper lane use.

• George Javier Othon, 58, of the 5N200 block of Wilton Croft Road near St. Charles, was charged at 3:56 a.m. June 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol.

Theft

Joseph Contorno, 53, of the 700 block of Highview Court, Elburn, was charged at 1:29 p.m. June 7 with retail theft.

Battery

Emerson James Clark, 26, of the 6000 block of East 103rd Street, Kansas City, Missouri, was charged at 11:58 p.m. June 3 with two counts of domestic battery and obstructing/disarming/resisting a police officer.
