Lucas Bass, Kaneland, junior, midfielder/forward: Bass, an all-Interstate Eight Conference selection, scored 24 goals for the Knights.

Sebastian Carranza, St. Charles East, junior, midfielder: The Kane County Chronicle Player of the Year, Carranza was an Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State selection and all-DuKane Conference selection. Carranza finished with 20 goals and 13 assists on the season. Carranza was second in DuKane Conference Player of the Year voting.

Joe Carli, Geneva, senior, center/midfielder: Carli was an all-sectional and all-DuKane Conference selection. Geneva coach Jason Bhatta said Carli was “our most consistent player being such a presence in the middle of the field breaking up plays and controlling the midfield.” Carli had two goals and one assist.
Christian Diaz, Geneva, junior, forward: Despite missing the majority of the shortened season with an ankle injury, Diaz had six goals for the Vikings.
Trey Gora, St. Francis, senior, midfielder: Gora, an Eastern Illinois recruit, was the Metro Suburban Conference MVP and an Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association all-sectional pick. In seven games, Gora scored 16 goals and had eight assists to lead the 9-1 Spartans. A four-year starter and three-time captain. Gora finished his career with 35 goals.

Alex Mancera, St. Charles East, senior, centerback/midfielder: The DuKane Conference Defensive Player of the Year, Mancera was an all-DuKane Conference and all-sectional selection. Mancera had 13 assists and five goals.

Drew Noecker, Marmion, senior, defender/forward: Noecker had eight goals for the Cadets, who went 9-4-1.

Luke Persenico, St. Charles North, senior, forward: Persenico was an All-State and all-DuKane Conference selection. Persenico finished with 24 goals – one shy of the program record – and had five assists to win the DuKane Golden Boot award.

Jack Rissman, Kaneland, junior, goalkeeper: An all-Interstate Eight Conference selection and all-sectional honorable mention, Rissman had 78 saves in 17 starts.

Jared Sinnaeve, St. Charles North, senior, centerback: Sinnaeve was named the DuKane Conference Player of the Year. An all-DuKane Conference, All-State and Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association All-American selection, Sinnaeve finished with 15 assists and six goals.

Nathan Sowers, Marmion, junior, centerback: Sowers was the anchor for a back line that gave up 13 goals on the season, an average of less than a goal a game.
