A 35-year-old Streator man was cited following a crash into the retaining wall at North Bloomington Street and West Second Street.

Thomas Gage was cited on complaints of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Gage was released with a court date.
