The Cogs advance to the championship game at 3 p.m. Saturday.

Schaumburg Christian 5, Indian Creek 2: At the Class 1A Mendota Regional, Jason Brewer tied things up at 1-1 before Mendota pulled away for the win and ended the Timberwolves’ season.
