Ladd invites the children and grandchildren of village residents to participate in the Halloween Parade that will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30. Participants will line up in the North Central Bank Parking lot at 110 N. Main St.

The Hocus Pocus Hags will be performing at War Memorial Park and a hotdog, chips, cookie and drink will be served to all participating kids.
