GENEVA – Kane County Cougars fans will be able to order concessions right from their seats this season.
According to a news release, the Cougars partnered with FanFood, a concessions mobile ordering company, which allows fans to browse menu options and order from their phones. They will be alerted when their order is ready for express pickup at the FanFood pickup window, or have the order delieverd to their seats.
In addition, the Kane County Cougars will be trialing FanFood’s premium suite ordering platform at one of their suites, the release sated. FanFood’s premium suite solution consists of online self-service pre-ordering for meal packages and merchandise, as well as in-suite kiosk ordering on game day. Depending on the successes the platform at Northwestern Medicine Field the Kane County Cougars organization plans to roll out FanFood at additional concession stands and suites, later in the season.
