The man and woman killed in Thursday's murder-suicide in Bolingbrook have been identified.

Millizza Steen, 37, of Bolingbrook was pronounced dead about 8:20 a.m. at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Bolingbrook, according to the Will County Coroner's Office, and Aswad Bryant, 44, also of Bolingbrook died at the scene of the shooting on Douglass Way shortly before noon.

Both Steen and Bryant suffered single gunshot wounds, an autopsy revealed, the coroner's office said.

Police said Bryant shot Steen and then, as officers pulled up, turned the gun on himself.

Bolingbrook police Lt. Anthony Columbus said the two were previously romantically involved. The relationship reportedly ended in July.
