Area Culver’s restaurants honored

Commitment to Excellence award presented

The partnership of Culver’s of Rock Falls, Culver’s of Dixon and Culver’s of Princeton has received the high honor of the Commitment to Excellence Award for 2017.

This is the first time in 17 years that more than one of the locations received the honor, reserved for Culver’s restaurants that adhere to the highest possible standards of operational excellence. This includes cleanliness, guest satisfaction surveys, health inspections, Culver’s evaluations, landscaping and leadership.

Culver’s of Rock Falls and Culver’s of Princeton were also 2017 Regional Champions – among the top 44 of 650 locations — for the Culver’s Crew Challenge. Culver’s Crew Challenge is a national competition for the top service provider in the Culver’s system. The top restaurant’s crew gets to split $50,000 in prize money. Dixon was a Regional Champion in 2016.

“We love our guests. Serving them isn’t work. It’s a pleasure. We have a crew that spans generations, but they all share the same goals,” said Michele Davis, owner/operator of Culver’s of Princeton. “They truly have a ‘guest first’ mentality.”

“I have been thoroughly impressed by our three restaurants over the last few years. Our crew truly cares about serving others, and it shows in their work ethic and dedication. When you come to Culver’s, rest assured you are being served by someone who cares,” said Jason M. Roe, owner/operator of Culver’s of Rock Falls.

“This award is truly a celebration of our amazing True Blue Crew. They love to learn, and doing the right thing for our guests is important to all of them,” said Kayla Halfacre, owner/operator of Culver’s of Dixon.
