DUI
• Scott Selby, 32, of the 3000 block of Hawk Lane, Rolling Meadows, was charged at 2:11 a.m. Sept. 15 with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and no valid vehicle registration at Interstate 290 and St. Charles Road.
• Juan Cruz, 18, of the 100 block of East George Street, Bensenville, was charged at 11:42 p.m. Sept. 16 with DUI of drugs and possession of marijuana at Route 83 and West North Avenue.
• Richard Vargas, 21, of the 1N600 block of Park Boulevard, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 4:32 a.m. Sept. 17 with DUI at Route 83 and Second Avenue.
• Eujay Barretto, 23, of the 7000 block of Westwood Drive, Carpentersville, was charged at 3:34 a.m. Sept. 18 with DUI at West North Avenue and North York Street.
Battery
Joseph Domingo, 48, of the 400 block of North Emery Lane, was charged at 3:24 p.m. Sept. 16 with battery at West Lake Street and North York Street.
Controlled substance possession
Frans Byrski, 26, of the 9800 block of Pacific Avenue, Franklin Park, and Antonio Aguila, 26, of the 100 block of East Natoma Avenue, Addison, were both charged at 2:09 a.m. Sept. 16 with possession of a controlled substance.
Theft
• A driver’s license was stolen between 8:35 and 9:30 p.m. from a locked locker at XSport Fitness, 633 W. North Ave.
• Two people stole four or five bottles of liquor at 1 p.m. Sept. 15 from Jewel-
Osco, 153 E. Schiller St.
• Michelle Ceraulo, 48, of the 1000 block South Westmont Avenue, Lombard, was charged at 5:59 p.m. Sept. 15 with retail theft after trying to exchange stolen merchandise at Party City, 209 S. Route 83.
• A broom, two gas cans, a ladder and various supplies were stolen between 7:15 and 7:30 a.m. Sept. 16 from the 200 block of Kenilworth Avenue.
• Two bottles of liquor were stolen at 2:45 p.m. Sept. 16 from Whole Foods, 215 S. Route 83.
• Two iPhones were stolen between 9:10 and 10:10 Sept. 16 from 325 W. Lake St.
• Cosmetic products were stolen at 6:04 p.m. Sept. 18 from 110 W. North Ave.
Marijuana possession
Adam Duff, 18, of the 300 block of Westgate Court, Warrensburg, Jacob Napier, 18 of the 100 block of West Warren Street, Warrensburg, and Trae Hise, 18, of the 700 block of Gunnar Lane, Forsyth, were all charged at 10:51 p.m. Sept. 17 with possession of marijuana at Fairfield Avenue and Utley Road.
Property damage
Someone damaged a vehicle’s front bumper between 10:35 and 10:50 a.m. Sept. 15 in the dock area of Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road.
Traffic violations
Wilhelm Keating, 27, of the 1600 block of 23rd Avenue, Melrose Park, was charged at 11:14 p.m. Sept. 16 with driving while license suspended, no insurance and driving while operating a cellphone at West Lake Street and West Grand Avenue.
