Holly Rathbun of Peru and Brent Ziegler of Peru were united in marriage June 20 in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Peru.
The bride is the daughter of Frank and Renie Rathbun of LaSalle. The groom is the son of Gayle Corsolini of Ladd and the late James Ziegler.
Emily Wedewer, friend of the bride, was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were KaiLee Sell, Kristen Adams and Jessica Kowalczyk, all friends of the bride, Diana Rathbun, sister-in-law of the bride, and Debby Piacenti, sister of the groom. Flower girls were Gertrude and Olivia Rathbun, nieces of the bride.
Jim Piacenti, brother-in-law of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Kyle Goetz, friend of the groom, and Brian Leone, Jason Miller and Justin Miller, all cousins of the groom. Endrew Sell, godson of the bride, was the ring bearer.
A reception to honor the couple was held at Celebration 150 in Utica.
The bride is a graduate of LaSalle-Peru Township High School in LaSalle and Illinois State University in Normal. She is employed by LaSalle-Peru Township High School as a social science teacher.
The groom is a graduate of Hall High School in Spring Valley and Illinois State University in Normal. He is employed by the LaMoille School District as high school principal and athletic director.
The couple is making their home in Peru.
