DUI

• David L. Wendt, 33, 24W430 Lawrence Ave., Roselle, was charged at 1:33 a.m. Jan. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana and improper lane use at Interstate 355 and Roosevelt Road.

• Daniel M. Valera, 31, 15343 Kenmare Circle, Manhattan, was charged at 1:28 a.m. Jan. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and driving without lights at Prospect Avenue and Duane Street.

Theft

• A wallet was stolen from a gym locker between 10:51 a.m. and 12:34 p.m. Jan. 13 at the B.R. Ryall YMCA, 49 Diecke Drive.

• A cell phone was stolen from a duffle bag between 7 and 10 p.m. Jan. 15 at Parkview Community Church, 764 St. Charles Road.

• A cell phone was stolen from a backpack between 6 and 10 p.m. Jan. 15 at Parkview Community Church, 764 St. Charles Road.

Property damage

A mailbox was damaged between 7 and 11 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 500 block of Raintree Drive.

Graffiti

Graffiti was spray-painted on a bridge at 9:14 a.m. Jan. 17 at Danby and Glen Crest drives.

Marijuana possession

• Kameron D. Jones, 23, 338 Duane St., was charged at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 16 with possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana in the 300 block of Duane Street.

• David V. Valera, 32, 1727 S. Indiana Ave., Chicago, was charged at 1:28 a.m. Jan. 18 with possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Prospect Avenue and Duane Street.

Public consumption

William J. Buell, 33, 703 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 5:03 p.m. Jan. 15 with drinking alcohol in a public place at the train depot, 555 Crescent Blvd.

Open container

Ralph R. Robertson, 49, 703 W. Liberty Drive, Wheaton, was charged at 12:43 p.m. Jan. 16 with possession of an open alcohol container in a public place at the train depot, 555 Crescent Blvd.

License suspension

Manuel Madera-Cortes, 40, 428 W. Division St., Villa Park, was charged at 7:28 p.m. Jan. 15 with driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lighting at Roosevelt Road and Pershing Avenue.

Uninsured vehicle

Brandon M. Hofgesang, 39, 928 Casey Court, Schaumburg, was charged at 1:38 a.m. Jan. 14 with operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding at Roosevelt Road and Park Boulevard.
