DUI
• Markus Tolentino, 19, 69 Surry Drive, Glen Ellyn, was charged at 12:59 a.m. Aug. 31 with an accident, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license in the 400 block of West Wilson Avenue.
• Jada Smith, 22, 4508 Cross St., Downers Grove, was charged at 1:41 a.m. Sept. 3 with DUI and speeding at Fairfield Avenue and Roosevelt Road.
• Christopher Cummings, 25, 1459 Bangor Lane, Aurora, was charged at 1:24 a.m. Sept. 4 with DUI, speeding, improper lane use, no insurance and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communications device at Joyce Street and North Avenue.
Warrant arrest
• Joshua Jordan, 24, 327 W. Sunset Ave., and Annette Vaughan, 22, 1257 S. Lloyd Ave., Lombard, were both arrested at 1:14 a.m. Sept. 2 on outstanding warrants for DUI, unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding at Elizabeth and Madison Streets.
• Erick Hernandez-Flores, 30, 1312 S. Finley Road, was arrested at 10:54 a.m. Sept. 2 on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and no valid registration at Roosevelt Road and Interstate 355.
• Efren Bernabe, 44, 2538 S. Western Ave., Chicago, was arrested at 8:47 a.m. Sept. 5 on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license and failure to yield at Highland Avenue and Roosevelt Road.
• Bridget McPike, 30, of the 4000 block of North Beacon Street in Chicago, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. Sept. 5 on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of East Wilson Avenue.
Retail theft
• Thirty bags of mulch were stolen at 2:49 p.m. Sept. 4 from Circle K Gas Station in the 900 block of East Roosevelt Road.
• Zeinab Zeater, 48, 455 W. Avery St., Elmhurst, was charged at 1:08 p.m. Sept. 5 with retail theft at Von Maur in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• Nancy Budil, 46, 5117 W. 139th Place, Crestwood, was charged at 8:56 p.m. Sept. 5 with retail theft at Von Maur in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• Two juveniles were charged at 4:12 p.m. Sept. 6 with retail theft at JCPenny in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• Nicholas Segretto, 21, 2450 Lehman Drive, West Chicago, was charged at 4:16 p.m. Sept. 6 with retail theft at Von Maur in the 100 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• Ahmed Mahdi, 29, 7346-6 County Creek Way, Downers Grove, was charged at 11:41 p.m. Sept. 6 with retail theft and criminal trespass at Jewel Osco in the 1000 block of South Main Street.
Theft
• A cellphone was stolen at 12:12 p.m. in the 200 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• A cellphone was stolen from a residence at 4:28 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 200 block of West Ann Street.
• A cellphone was stolen between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Sept. 2 in the 200 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• A juvenile was charged at 12:48 p.m. Sept. 3 with disorderly conduct and theft at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.
• Two mountain bikes were stolen at 3:52 p.m. Sept. 3 from a Walgreens in the 300 block of West St. Charles Road.
• A purse was stolen and the credit card information inside was used for unauthorized purchases at 2:46 p.m. Sept. 4 at Westin in the 70 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• A backpack with an iPad inside was stolen at 8 p.m. Sept. 4 at Glenbard East High School in the 1000 block of South Main Street.
• A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle between 5 p.m. Aug. 29 and 8 a.m. Sept. 2 at Restaurant Equipment Service Group in the 50 block of North Eisenhower Lane.
• A cellphone was stolen at 1:17 p.m. Sept. 6 at Ultra Foods in the 400 block of East Roosevelt Road.
Domestic battery
• Robert Judd, 29, of the 700 block of South Euclid Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 5:11 p.m. Sept. 6 with domestic battery.
• Brian Covington, 24, of the 200 block of East Roosevelt Road, was charged at 5:46 p.m. Sept. 6 with domestic battery.
Disorderly conduct
• Steven Piro, 47, 240 N. Westmore Ave., Lombard, was charged at 12:12 a.m. Sept. 2 with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of North Westmore Avenue.
Criminal damage to property
• Gang graffiti was spray painted on the North side of a building at 9:44 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 200 block of North Westmore Avenue.
• A vehicle’s rear license plate was spray painted at 9:38 a.m. Sept. 1 in the 400 block of South Park Avenue.
• A vehicle’s rear license plate was spray painted at 8:38 a.m. Sept. 1 in the 400 block of South Park Avenue.
• A vehicle’s rear license plate was spray painted at 12:31 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 500 block of South Elizabeth Street.
• The rear license plates of two vehicles were spray painted at 1:02 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 500 block of South Elizabeth Street.
• A vehicle’s rear license plate was spray painted at 1:09 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 200 block of West Washington Boulevard.
• A vehicle was struck twice by the driver’s side door of another vehicle at 2:02 p.m. Sept. 1 at XSport Fitness in the 200 block of West Roosevelt Road.
• A vehicle’s rear license plate was spray painted between Aug. 29 and Sept. 1 in the 300 block of Brewster Avenue.
• A vehicle’s rear windshield was shattered by a BB pellet at 1:42 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 200 block of North Stewart Lane.
• Several areas of a residence was damaged at 9:04 a.m. Sept. 3 in the 100 block of Regency Drive.
• A room was damaged at 11:58 a.m. Sept. 3 at Extended Stay in the 2000 block of Technology Drive.
• Red liquid was thrown at the front of a residence at 3:32 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 300 block of West Greenfield Avenue.
• A vehicle was scratched with a key at 3:37 p.m. Sept. 4 at Target in the 60 block of Yorktown Mall Drive.
• The doors of an electrical box were spray painted with graffiti at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 4 at Main Street and Oakton Drive.
• A large piece of wood was thrown at the front window of a residence, damaging the lock, at 9:03 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 800 block of East South Broadway Avenue.
Burglary
• A GPS unit, laptop, cellphone, shoes and a duffel bag were stolen between 6:15 p.m. Sept. 1 and 6:15 a.m. Sept. 2 in the 700 block of East South Broadway Avenue.
• Several rings were taken from a residence at 4:53 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 400 block of South Elizabeth Street.
Fraud
Credit card information was used for unauthorized purchases at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3 in the 500 block of South Lewis Avenue.
Driving with a suspended license
• James Hodrick, 30, 1647 S. Harlem Ave., Berwyn, was charged at 2:44 a.m. Aug. 31 with driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to yield at Roosevelt and Meyers Roads.
• Erik Vidal, 21, 639 Meadows Blvd., Addison, was charged at 12:41 p.m. Sept. 2 with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and failure to reduce speed at Columbine and North avenues.
• Albert Dewald, 61, 580 Gundersen Drive, Carol Stream, was charged at 10:27 a.m. Sept. 3 with driving with a suspended license and expired registration at Main Street and Washington Boulevard.
• Shirley Scott, 43, 1345 S. Mannheim Road, was charged at 2:58 p.m. Sept. 3 with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and failure to wear seat belt at Main Street and Wilson Avenue.
• Henry Gross Jr., 45, 308 Northwest First St., Richmond, Ind., was charged at 4:30 p.m. Sept. 3 with driving with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communications device at Main Street and Pleasant Lane.
• Tequilla Bumper, 26, 6509 W. Custer Ave., Milwaukee, WI., was charged at 2:52 p.m. Sept. 4 with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communications device at 22nd Street and Highland Avenue.
No valid driver’s license
• A juvenile was charged at 11:57 p.m. Aug. 31 with no valid driver’s license and speeding at Westmore Avenue and Madison Street.
• Juan Acevedo-Dominguez, 41, 18W136 Standish Lane, Villa Park, was charged at 11:34 p.m. Sept. 2 with no valid driver’s license at Butterfield Road and Fairfield Avenue.
• Laura Guiterrez, 22, 5400 W. 25th St., Cicero, was charged at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 4 with no valid driver’s license and speeding at Main Street and Pleasant Lane.
