SENECA, Ill. — Mrs. Pamela A. "Pam" Logan, 65, of Seneca, Ill., passed away Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Embassy Care Center in Wilmington.
Visitation and videotribute will be Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, from 4 p.m. until the time of funeral services at 7 p.m. at Reeves Funeral Home, 75 North Broadway (one block north of Illinois 113), Coal City.
Cremation rites will be accorded following the services and inurnment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Seneca, will be held at a later date.
Born April 23, 1947, in Streator, Ill., Pamela was a daughter of the late Thomas and Leilah Schoof-McGhiey. She was raised in Seneca, graduated from Seneca High School, and attended both Illinois Valley Community College and Northern Illinois University.
Pam worked as a Registered Nurse for 32 years and retired from Lincoln Nursing Home in Morris. She was a member of the Sweet Adelines, enjoyed reading and writing, loved horses and Indians, and will be remembered as a NASCAR, as well as Roy Rogers, enthusiast. Pam also greatly cherished spending time with her grandson.
Survivors include her daughter, Kerri (Kevin) Harris of Mazon, Ill.; grandson, Kevin Harris Jr.; a brother, Larry (Norene) McGhiey of Ogden, Ill.; three nieces, Melanie McGhiey of Champaign, Ill., Kimberly (Donnie) Finley of Princeton, Ill., and Lora (Brian) Holden of Ogden; three great-nephews, William, Ben and Aiden; and one great-niece, Keeley.
