5 Things to Do: Flashlight Egg Hunt, Corn husk doll creation, live music this weekend

  1. Flashlight Egg Hunt (Oswego): Kids ages 6-14 can hunt for eggs in the dark with the Oswegoland Park District at Wormley Heritage Park beginning at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 2. The cost is $10 for Oswego residents, $12 for nonresidents. Prizes will be awarded. Click here for more information.
  2. Flatland Americana Duo/Mobile Cigar & Bourbon Tastings (Yorkville): Flatland Americana Duo will perform at 6:30 p.m. Friday, April 3 at Fox Republic Brewing in Yorkville. The brewery will also host STIX Mobile Cigar & Bourbon Tasting at noon Saturday, April 4. Click here for more information.
  3. Corn Husk Doll Creation (Oswego): Little White School Museum in Oswego will host a hands-on class that explores the art and history behind Corn Husk Dolls from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 3. Supplies will be provided. Click here for more information.
  4. The Rangers & Dan Lepien (Yorkville): The Law Office Music Hall & Pub will host The Rangers, a five piece Chicago-based country rock band, along with country musician Dan Lepien, at 8 p.m. Friday, April 3. Tickets are $20. Click here for more information.

Marrakesh Express: A Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young Tribute (Sandwich): The Sandwich Opera House will host Marrakesh Express: A Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young tribute concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 11.
