Letter: Thank you, President Trump

To the Editor:

This is the first time I have written to this column. I’m a lifelong Democrat, but this is not the Democratic Party I grew up with. I thought I would take some time to thank President Trump for some things since Thanksgiving just passed.

Thank you, President Trump, for the lowest unemployment rate, for all races, since World War II. Thank you for the best economy ever. Thank you for helping and funding our small black colleges. Thank you for funding and taking care of our veterans. Thank you for religious liberty. Thank you for building up our military to where we can be proud.

Thank you for getting rid of NAFTA, the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris Accord. These policies only hurt the U.S. Thank you for not being politically correct and being the President of the American people.

Thank you for historic peace in the Middle East. They said it couldn’t be done but you did it.

These are accomplishments 80% of the American people didn’t know because our mainstream media didn’t want them to know.

Let’s face it, this election wasn’t about policies, issues and successes, it was about hate, lies and suppression. Thank you for exposing the underbelly of the Deep State and the Washington elites. They didn’t like it one bit.

So let’s see what Biden can do in his first six months in the White House because that’s when crazy Nancy and lefty Kamala will throw the 25th amendment at him. Let’s reject the radical left.
