• Jason Noll, 38, of the 23700 block of Ashland Avenue in Crete was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on charges of retail theft and theft.
• Ronald Samuel, 27, of the 400 block of North Center Street in Joliet was arrested by sheriff’s police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of contraband in a penal institution.
• Essa Zegar, 38, of the 14100 block of South Golden Oak Drive in Homer Glen was arrested by the Lockport police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on a charge of theft.
• Karisa Zielinski, 34, of the 3700 block of Harms Road in Joliet was arrested by the Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail Monday on charges of obstructing justice and aggravated battery.
