Two men were arrested in separate child pornography cases in Will County.
On Thursday, Ronald Tipsword, 70, of the 1100 block of North Joliet Street in Wilmington was booked into the Will County jail on child pornography charges.
The charges were the result of a Wilmington Police Department investigation. Tipsword’s bond was set at $250,000.
The next day, an investigation by the Illinois State Police led to the arrest of Christopher Krumwiede, 20, of the 2600 block of Canyon Drive in Plainfield.
Krumwiede’s bond was set at $500,000.
Homeland Security Investigations, the investigative arm of the Department of Homeland Security, provided assistance with the case against Krumwiede, according to the ISP.
Earlier this week, Joliet police detectives secured a warrant for the arrest of Joshua Radetski, 46, of the 600 block of Applegate Lane in Lake Zurich on child porn charges.
Radetski had been arrested Oct. 21 in connection with a child grooming sting conducted by the group Save Our Siblings.
On Friday, Radetski was booked into the Will County jail on the child porn charges. His $250,000 bond was reduced to $50,000, court records show. Radetski was released from jail the same day after posting 10% of his bond.
