Buffalo Wild Wings server doused with water during ID flap: cops

A teenage Buffalo Wild Wings server was doused with water on Halloween night after customers flouted the restaurant’s rules regarding providing proper identification, police said.

An officer was sent to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Nelson Road shortly before 9:30 p.m. Oct. 31 in response to a report of a battery, according to police.

The officer determined an 18-year-old Buffalo Wild Wings server “had water thrown all over him and was pushed by both” Sara Mayo, 29, and Alexander Davila, 22, police said.

Mayo resides on Springwood Drive in Joliet and Davila lives on Louis Road in Joliet, according to police.

Mayo and Davila were transported to the New Lenox Police Department, according to police. Both were released from custody after posting bond, police said.
