The Rock Falls Police Department has announced that East Second Street from Avenue A to Wood Avenue will be closed from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday because of Taste of Fiesta.
Access for the Holiday Inn will be available at the east end of the hotel’s parking lot.
