LYNDON – Moline Road in Whiteside County will be closed at the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railway crossing 2.5 miles west of Lyndon Aug. 8 through 13.

The railroad will remove and replace its at-grade crossing and repave the approaches. No detour will be posted.

Motorists can expect delays and should avoid the work area if possible.
