The City of Rochelle recently released information on its 2025 Halloween festivities. Community-wide trick-or-treat hours will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31.
The annual downtown trick or treat will be held by downtown shops and businesses from 2-4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31.
A Trick or Treat Safe House will be from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, at The REC Center, hosted by 102.3 The Coyote. There will be free admission and treats.
