Harvard

Israel Mora-Aguilar, 40, of the 600 block of 4th Street, Harvard, was charged Wednesday, April 21, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license and illegal transportation of open alcohol by the driver.

Joseph A Galan, 18, of the 800 block of Casey Lane, Harvard, was charged Monday, April 26, with driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound, unlawful possession of marijuana by the driver, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating an uninsured vehicle.

A 16-year-old girl from Walworth, Wis., was charged with violating the city of Harvard’s curfew ordinance.

Huntley

Austin T. Drougas, 30, of 10700 block of Church Street, Huntley, was arrested Monday, April 26, on an outstanding warrant for driving under the influence.

Marengo

Reilly Hogan, 26, of the 700 block of East Van Buren Street, Marengo, was charged Saturday, April 22, with two counts of domestic battery.

Joseph W. Bieneman, 25, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Friday, April 30, with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm and domestic battery with physical contact.

Dustin C. Harrison, 26, of the 200 block of South State Street, Marengo, was charged Saturday, May 1, with domestic battery resulting in bodily harm and domestic battery with physical contact.

Woodstock

Brandy M. Brown, 31, of the 7400 block of North Drive, Wonder Lake, was charged Tuesday, March 16, with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, improper lane use, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and resisting a police officer.

Shane R. Gillespie, 25, of the 1500 block of Royal Oak Lane, Lake in the Hills, was charged Wednesday, March 17, with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to wear a seat belt and disobeying a traffic control device.

A 14-year-old from Woodstock was charged Thursday, March 18, with battery.

Devin J. Dean, 29, of the 500 block of Washington Street, Woodstock, was arrested Friday, March 19, on an Aurora warrant for theft and a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Cindy J. Perez, 50, of the 100 block of North Benton Street, Woodstock, was charged Friday, March 19, with domestic battery and battery.

Michelle L. Ferguson, 40, of the 800 block of Wheeler Street, Woodstock, was charged Friday, March 19, with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, driving the wrong way on a one-way street and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
