Baxter & Woodman promotes four to associate vice president

Baxter & Woodman Inc., an engineering firm with an office in Crystal Lake, promoted four staff members to associate vice president, it said in a news release.

The staff members include Bob Bradford, Joanna MacCallum, Nikki Runions and Tom Mickow.

Associate vice presidents have the overall responsibility and accountability for providing leadership in long-range planning, client management and staff development in their respective departments, according to the release.

“Bob, Joanna, Nikki, and Tom have all demonstrated the strong leadership skills necessary to support our strategic initiatives and the growth of the company. We are excited for them to join our team of Associate Vice Presidents.” Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Louis D. Haussmann said in a statement.
