Anita M. Gustafson, 60, also must pay $3,690.00 in fines and fees. She had faced charges of reckless discharge of a firearm, domestic battery, and possession of 100 to 500 grams of marijuana. These charges were dropped Tuesday.
The charges stem from Halloween when police responded to a call in a residential neighborhood of shots fired. The reported gunfire was outside of Gustafson’s home. During their investigation police found the marijuana and eight marijuana plants in her home, police said.
The gun was fired during a fight with a family member, according to a court document. She was subsequently twice charged with battering the same family member.
