Marcus A. Kivisto, 35, of the 900 block of Pin Oak Circle, Cary, was charged Sunday, Jan. 23, with obstructing justice, resisting a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane use, improper turn at intersection and disobeying traffic control device.

Hector M. Aguilar-Martinez, 26, of the zero to 100 block of Ash Street, Carpentersville, was charged Sunday, Jan. 30, with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use.

Crystal Lake

Jose Hugo Sanchez-Vargas, 33, of the 900 block of West Rand Road, Arlington Heights, was charged Friday, Jan. 14, with traveling to meet a minor, indecent solicitation of a child and grooming.

Samantha Jane Athanasopoulos, 35, of the 600 block of Mineral Springs Drive, McHenry, was charged Sunday, Jan. 16, criminal trespass to a building and endangering the health or life of a child.

Brady Nicholas Andersen, 20, of the zero to 100 block of Glascow Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged Monday, Jan. 17, with aggravated assault of a police officer, criminal damage to property between $500 and $10,000, underage drinking, possession of alcohol by a minor in public and criminal trespass to building.

Steven Garrett Miller, 41, of the 1100 block of Bennington Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Jan. 20, with two counts of domestic battery.

Alexander Joel Tsuetaki, 19, of the 300 block of Second Court, Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Jan. 20, with retail theft.

Ishmael Barn Johnson, 24, of the zero to 100 block of Crescent Road, Lake Zurich, was charged Saturday, Jan. 22, with public indecency and obscenity.

Samuel E. Hild, 21, of the 5700 block of Briarwood Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Jan. 23, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kirsten Ann Skrzypczynski, 25, of the 400 block of Buckingham Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday, Jan. 23, with two counts of domestic battery.

Harvard

Carlos F. Ramirez-Escobar, 26, of the 700 block of West Blaine Street, Harvard, was arrested Friday, Jan. 14, on a McHenry County warrant for battery.

Charles E. Schetgen, 36, of Harvard, was charged Saturday, Jan. 22, with violating an order of protection.

Jason W. Petty, 44, of the 1000 block of Briden Drive, Marengo, was charged Friday, Jan. 28, with two counts of unlawful use of weapons and driving while license suspended.

Huntley

Allena A. Bausone-Vege, 51, of the 10000 block of Cummings Street, Huntley, was charged Saturday, Jan. 22, with battery and two counts of domestic battery.

Susan A. Perry, 58, of the 12500 block of Regency Parkway, Huntley, was cited Saturday, Jan. 22, with battery.

Lake in the Hills

Christopher Gomez, 35, of the 1400 block of Parkridge Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 19, with domestic battery.

Jake R. Mazzolini, 25, of 100 block of Northlight Passe, Lake in the Hills, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 25, with domestic battery.

Marengo

Lino Esquivel-Ortiz, 37, of the 900 block of South State Street, Marengo, was charged Monday, Jan. 24, with two counts of domestic battery and interfering with reporting of domestic battery.

Woodstock

Jerome C. Lutz Jr., 36, of the 8800 block of Coral Road, Wonder Lake, was charged Friday, Jan. 21, with two counts of driving under the influence, transportation of open alcohol by driver, stopping on roadway, and operating an uninsured vehicle

Thomas W. Gallo, 35, of the 4000 block of West Kane Avenue, McHenry, was charged Saturday, Jan. 22, with criminal trespass to building.

Martin K. Rice, 63, of the 2200 block of Colby Drive, McHenry, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 26, with violating an order of protection.
