McHenry County-area girls lacrosse players earn IGLCA All-State, All-Sectional honors

The Illinois Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association (IGLCA) has released its All-Sectional and All-State honorees for the 2026 season. Below are the area girls lacrosse players who earned IGLCA recognition.

All-State first team
