Jacobs 59, Huntley 49: At Huntley, Ben Jurzak knocked in 22 points in the Golden Eagles’ Fox Valley Conference win over the Red Raiders on Wednesday. Samson Averehi added 15 points, while Emaan Thomas finished with 12 points for Jacobs (6-1, 2-1 FVC).
Sheldon Bonsu led Huntley (2-6, 2-1) with 15 points eight rebounds, three assists, William Dillon added 14 points and six rebounds, and Logan Darragh had 12 points.
Richmond-Burton 90, North Boone 79: At Poplar Grove, Christian Irslinger scored 31 points to lead the Rockets to a nonconference win. Luke Robinson added 29 points, while Gavin Radmer had 10 for R-B (3-1).
Hampshire 68, Cary-Grove 49: At Hampshire, Ryan Prowicz scored 24 points to help the Whip-Purs earn their first FVC win of the season. Chayse Gray had 11 points, Jaden Nelsen finished with 10, while Sean Roth added nine points for Hamsphire (2-6, 1-2).
AJ Berndt led the Trojans (4-3, 1-2) with 17 points. Adam Bauer added 12.
Burlington Central 73, Dundee-Crown 65: At Burlington, the Rockets (5-2, 2-1) picked up an FVC win at home.
Prairie Ridge 68, Crystal Lake Central 50: At Crystal Lake, the Wolves (3-5, 2-1) earned an FVC win over their crosstown rival.
Girls basketball
Johnsburg 64, Woodstock North 25: At Woodstock, Summer Toussaint led the Skyhawks with 33 points to pick up a Kishwaukee River Conference win. Lauren McQuiston had 11 points for Johnsburg (5-3, 3-0).
Marengo 45, Plano 36: At Marengo, Maggie Hanson scored 13 points to help keep the Indians undefeated in KRC play. Macy Noe finished with 12 points for Marengo (5-3, 3-0), and Myah Broughton added seven points.
Sandwich 45, Harvard 35: At Sandwich, Ava Peceniak scored nine points for the Hornets (3-4, 1-2) in a KRC loss to the Indians. Summer Jones added eight points and Mayra Hyde had six.
Boys swimming
Cary-Grove sweeps double dual: At Woodstock, the Trojans won all 11 events to beat Jacobs co-op 105-66 and Woodstock North co-op 115-35 in an FVC double dual. Jacobs co-op beat North co-op 115-35.
For C-G, Kasparas Venslauskas won the 200 IM (1:58.59) and 100 breaststroke (1:00.97), Charlie Edwards won the 200 free (1:15.35) and 500 free (5:04.67), Victor Praczkowski won the 100 free (50.52) and 50 free (22.22), Matthew Herron won the 100 butterfly (56.47) and Oliver Swietek won the 100 backstroke (1:02.60).
Praczkowski, Venslauskas, Herron and Logan Kane took first in the 200 medley relay (1:41.64), while the same foursome won the 200 free relay (1:31.68). Herron, Nathan Scerbac, Swietek and Ignas Venslauskas were first in the 400 free relay (3:32.57).

Rochelle Triangular: At Rochelle, Marengo lost to Sterling 50-30 and Rochelle 55-28.

Marengo 3,205, Burlington Central 2,896: At Four Seasons in Sycamore, Hunter Pankow finished with a 674 series to lead the Indians to a win. Lucas Frohling rolled a 572, Daschle Mardock had a 560, Ryan Heuser earned a 492, Gavin Barkman had a 481, and Robert Heuser had a 426.
Nicholas Franco led Central with a 586 series, Kainen Hashina had a 513, while Andrew Jenkins rolled a 496.
Girls bowling
Huntley 2,757, Johnsburg 1,969: At Bowl-Hi Lanes in Huntley, Katie Scaletta rolled a match-high 576 series to help the Red Raiders pick up a win. Erica DeBello finished with a 557, Prianca Waters had a 545, Ashlyn Tenglin earned a 537, Mackenzie Miller had a 509, and Kaeyln Keegan finished with a 466.
Julia Erickson led the Skyhawks with a 490. Julia McCue rolled a 480.
