Shaw Media recently reopened The Herald-News office with an eye toward enhancing customer service, the company has announced.

The Herald-News reopened its office to the public in September.

It is located at 1100 Essington Road, Suite 4. Herald-News readers can access the office from Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Shaw Media was founded in 1851 and is the third-oldest, continuously owned and operated family newspaper in the United States.
