Community members of all ages came out to the seventh annual BBQ-N-Blues festival on Friday in downtown La Salle.

The event featured bbq cookoffs, children’s activities, live music, food vendors and a wide variety of activities for all ages.

The event kicked off the weekend events in La Salle which was capped with Saturday fireworks following the Jazz-N-the-Street event.
