Nathaniel J. Scarbeary, 27, of Streator, was cited 12:07 a.m. Saturday at Everett and Hickory streets on a complaint of DUI, Streator police said.

Calvin Martin, 57, of Streator, was cited 10:46 p.m. Saturday at Bloomington and Boys streets on complaints of improper lane usage and no valid driver’s license, Streator police said.
