Blue Chevaliers present certificates of appreciation to Morris, Grundy County police

The Blue Chevaliers celebrated National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day in early January by presenting Sheriff Ken Briley, Deputy Patrol Chief Paul Clampitt, Chief Deputy Eric Werden, and Patrolman Michael Bober with certificates of appreciation.

The Blue Chevaliers are a project of the 40&8, officially known as La Société des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux, a veterans organization founded in 1920 by World War I veterans.

The Blue Chevaliers are a branch created to support law enforcement.
