Gurnee Park District sets Bunny Bash

Event based on age groups to take place at Viking Park

GURNEE – On April 9, Gurnee Park District will welcome guests to this year’s Bunny Bash, which will be held indoors and outdoors at Viking Park (4374 Old Grand Ave.).

Tickets are limited and available for purchase at register.gurneeparkdistrict.com.

Based on the age group registered for, guests will rotate through a total of three activities, which include an outdoor egg hunt, indoor craft station, and continental breakfast/photo opportunity with the Bunny.

“We’re ready to kick-off the spring season with this egg-citing family event,” said Mary Lester, supervisor of community programming and events.

Bunny Bash Tips

* Parents/Guardians (18+) and children (2-10 years) must register for the event based on age group. Space is limited to 90 children per age group.

* The egg hunt will be held outdoors. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring your own basket.

* The event will have two time slots: 8 to 9 a.m. and 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.

Pricing

$8 resident / $12 nonresident - Bunny Bash ages 2-9.

$5 resident / $9 nonresident – Bunny Bash ages 10+ and adults
