Cited for no license

Plano police ticketed Jordan Hughes, 28, of the 800 block of Route 34, Plano, with driving without a valid license after stopping the vehicle he was driving at 3:27 p.m. Jan. 10 on South and Ben streets. Police said Hughes was given a court date.

Warrant arrest after traffic stop

Plano police arrested Amari R. Eddleman, 28, of the 3100 bock of Hoffman Street, Plano, after stopping the vehicle he was driving at 10:39 p.m. Jan. 9 on Route 34 and Lakewood Springs Drive. Police said Eddleman was charged with driving on a suspend license and registration, and was wanted on Kendall County warrant for a prior traffic offense.

Domestic battery arrest

Plano police arrested Jorge Gonzalez, 32, of the 300 block of South Center Street, Plano, at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 7 at his residence on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Ticketed in hit-and-run

Plano police ticketed Tyone Jackson, 18, of the 2900 block of Alyssa Street, Plano, with failure to leave information after police said Jackson’s vehicle struck an unattended vehicle at 8:24 p.m. Jan. 8 in the 300 block of Gregory Lane. Police said Jackson was released after being given a court date.

Motorist stopped, cited

Plano police ticketed a juvenile motorist at 10:09 p.m. Jan. 4 after stopping the vehicle he was driving at North Center and Vermillion streets. Police said the juvenile was cited for driving without a valid license and possession of cannabis.
