Aggravated speeding

Plano police cited Shamarr Bowen, 18, of the 2400 block of Brook Lane, Aurora, for aggravated speeding after conducting a traffic stop at 11:59 p.m. Nov. 17 in the area of Eldamain and Corneils roads. Bowen was released with a date to appear in Kendall County Court.
