Waubonsee hosts annual art faculty exhibition at Sugar Grove campus

Waubonsee Community College is hosting its Annual Art Faculty Exhibition on the Sugar Grove Campus.

The art exhibit will feature a variety of different work created by members of the college’s art department. Featured artists include: Greg Binder, Adjunct Faculty; Doug Jeppesen, Associate Professor of Arts and Ceramics; James Kearns, Adjunct Faculty; Jonathan Pacheco, Ceramics Lab Coordinator; Rafael Rocha, Adjunct Faculty; Joe Turner, Adjunct Faculty; Krista Varsbergs, Adjunct Faculty; Julie Weber, Adjunct Faculty; and Tonya Whitlock, Liberal Arts and Sciences Lab Coordinator.

Members of the community are invited to join the featured artists for a special reception on Dec. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. The reception and exhibit are free and open to the public.

The exhibit will be on display until Dec. 17 in the Arrowhead Room in the Dickson Center on the Sugar Grove Campus. Visit waubonsee.edu/art to learn more about Waubonsee’s art program.
