Saulo Rodriguez, Chris Sommers and Chance Lange each scored eight points for the Indians.

“Hard fought battle tonight against a very good Kaneland team,” Sandwich coach Kevin Kozan said. “I am very proud of the effort the guys gave tonight. The ball did not fall the way we wanted it to but there was a lot to build off of from that game. We have to learn how to take care of the ball better but we are learning. I thought our defense was very good in the half court. We will build off of this game and get ready from Princeton on Tuesday at home.”
