• Timothy J. Repp, 65, of the 400 block of Princeton Drive, North Aurora, was charged Feb. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of drugs, driving with a combination of drugs and alcohol and driving too fast for conditions.

• Rodolfo Lozano-Esquivel, 54, of the 1300 block of Brook Street, St. Charles, was arrested Feb. 19 on a Batavia warrant for failure to appear in court on a theft charge.

• A red Nike bag valued at and a black Jordan bag, each valued at $70, were reported stolen Feb. 19 from Suncast, 701 N. Kirk Road, Batavia.

• Lance C. Gallagher, 50, of the 1200 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia, was charged Feb. 12 with two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery.

• Cash in the amount of $40 and prescription medications were reported stolen Feb. 14 from a car parked in the 1100 block of First Street.

• Ramiro Jimenez-Guerrero, 42, and Gustavo Lozano, 34, both of the 200 block of Zengele Avenue, Aurora, were both charged Feb. 16 with retail theft at Walmart, 801 N. Randall Road, Batavia.

• Dominico F. Hightower, 20, of the 1100 block of East Wilson Street, Batavia, was arrested Feb. 8 on a Batavia warrant on charges of felony resisting a police and officer causing injury, misdemeanor resisting a police officer and domestic battery. Hightower is being held in the Kane County jail on $20,000 bond with a court date of March 2.

• A package valued at $149.99 was reported stolen Feb. 8 from the front entry way of Batavia Apartments, 1171 E. Wilson St., Batavia.

• An unknown shoplifter walked out of Walmart, 801 N. Randall Road on Feb. 8 with a cart full of merchandise valued at $1,167.77. The value was based on video footage of the cart.

• A resident of the 900 block of Ridgelawn Trail reported Feb. 8 that a check for $174 was altered to be $9,850 and changed to a different addressee.

• Catalytic converters were reported stolen Feb. 4 from three cars in the parking lot of Lorlyn Apartments, 1034 Lorlyn Circle, Batavia.

• Tiara T. Afanador, 25, of the 1900 block Selmarten Road, Aurora, was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device and driving without insurance.

• Maria D. Lara Luna, 52, of the 800 block of Burr Oaks Road, West Chicago, was charged Feb. 1 with aggravated battery in a public place, at McDonald’s, 125 W. Wilson St., Batavia.

• Marvin R. Heimann, 60, of the 100 block of South Washington Street, Batavia, was arrested Jan. 27 on two Kane County warrants for failure to appear in court on charges that he violated the Sexual Offender Registration Act.
