Quintin Lowe, Batavia, jr.

Coming off an impressive track season that included a second-place finish in the 800-meter sectional race, Lowe will be definitely a runner to keep an eye on this year.

Burlington Central's Zac Schmidt looks to the crowd after crossing the finish line as the anchor leg of the 4x400-meter relay team that took second place in their heat on June 18, 2021 at the Class 2A Boys Track and Field State Meet in Charleston.

Zac Schmidt, Burlington Central, sr.

Schmidt, a top three-sport athlete, headlines an experienced top seven that had three total top-15 finishes at sectionals.

Micah Wilson, St. Charles East, sr.

One of the top runners in the state – and the United States – for distance running, he’ll be back for his final act with his plethora of state cross country and track medals in tow.
