• John R. Wajler, 73, of the 300 block of Ridge Road, North Aurora, was charged Aug. 3 with speeding 26 to less than 35 miles an hour over the limit. Wajler’s vehicle registered at 75 miles an hour in a 45-mph zone on Kirk Road at 12:22 p.m.

• Five bottles of liquor valued at $362 were reported stolen Aug. 5 from Shell-Dunkin’ Donuts-Circle K, 108 N. Batavia Ave., Batavia.
