Volleyball regionals tip off at six area sites tonight.

No. 8 Bureau Valley (14-16) faces No. 9 Rockridge (16-15) in a Three Rivers battle at 6 p.m. Monday in the Class 2A Sherrard Regional. Their winner will meet top-seeded Orion (30-3) at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

At the Class 2A Chillicothe Regional, No. 10 Hall (8-18-2) meets Three Rivers rival and No. 9 Kewanee (10-21-1) at 6 p.m. Their winner will advance to play top-seeded and host IVC (20-12) at 6 p.m. Tuesday.

No. 7 Princeton (16-16-1) will take the court at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chillicothe against No. 3 El-Paso Gridley (24-5).

Regional play is also starting Monday at Henry (1A), Putnam County (1A), Mendota (2A) and LaSalle (3A).

On Tuesday at Granville, No. 3 PC (19-12-1) plays No. 14 DePue (1-12) at 6 p.m. followed by No. 6 St. Bede (13-17-1) vs. No. 13 LaMoille (1-18) at 7 p.m.

Regional finals will be held Thursday night at all sites.
