The JOY senior group will meet on Wednesday, April 15, at 1 p.m. at Park Place in Streator for a program on birding basics.

Pam Mortland will present “Birding 101,” which is open to all seniors. Dessert will be served.

A $5 donation is requested. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 815-673-1526.

The group meets on the third Wednesday of each month.
