Putnam County seventh grade boys capture Tri-County Conference crown

The Putnam County seventh grade boys basketball team beat El Paso 29-20 for the championship game of the Tri-County Tournament on Wednesday, Jan. 14. The Pumas beat Midland 54-37 in the first round.
