Utica Public Library begins its summer reading program at 1 p.m. Monday, June 10.

This year’s theme is “Under the Sea.” The program is open to youths aged 3 to 18 and participants do not have to reside in the Utica library district. The library is located at 224 Mill St. Call 815-667-4509 for more information.
