Erick Myrick caught three touchdown passes and intercepted a pass on defense to help Larkin beat Elgin 26-6 to claim the Town Jug for the third season in a row.

Larkin hosted Elgin in Week 8 of the 2022-23 football season on Friday, Oct. 14, 2022 in Elgin.

Dillon Williams threw three touchdown passes, two to Dailen Zollicoffer, Matthew Larson returned a punt for a score, and the Glenbard East defense did the rest in a 28-0 win over Elgin.

Connor Cerkas threw four touchdown passes, three of them to Tyrese Buffkin, and Glenbard East scored 23 points in the second quarter to break open its game at Elgin and went on to a 37-6 win.

Jeffrey Lomax threw for 244 yards and two touchdowns to lead Elgin past Glenbard East 14-7, the Maroons' first win over the Rams since the 1960s.
